Gentle Flow with Anna Ottolino

Please join Anna for an evening of relaxing, gentle, basics yoga. Nurture your body to promote a restful sleep. You will be offered poses to gently open the body, find breath work and practice a short mediation.
Suitable for all levels.
What to bring to class:
1 Yoga Mat (or blanket)
2 Yoga Blocks (or shoe boxes or books)
1 Yoga Strap (or long belt or scarf)
1 Yoga Bolster (or pillow)
