Yoga for Athletes with Anna Ottolino

Please join Anna for a deep lower body stretch. You’ll be guided through stretches and poses to open up your quads, hips and thighs.
Suitable for all levels. Modifications will be provided.
Please find a spacious place to practice.
What to bring to class:
1 Yoga Mat (or a floor surface to practice on)
2 Yoga Blocks (or 2 shoe boxes, books)
1 Yoga Strap (or 1 long belt or scarf)
